The AI Triage Engine classifies incident type, scores severity, and enriches the record with contextual data — location history, asset proximity, responder availability. The output is a structured assessment presented to the human operator for review and confirmation.
Operators assign verified responders, dispatch resources, and communicate through encrypted channels — all within the platform. Every assignment is operator-authorised. Escalation paths are pre-configured and auditable.
Incidents are formally closed by authorised personnel only. A tamper-evident audit trail is generated automatically — every signal, decision, communication, and action timestamped and attributed. Exportable for compliance, legal review, or post-incident analysis.
